Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks from purchase date (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Remember- All orders are custom made.
Please make sure your address and email are correct on all platforms before placing an order (PayPal or Apple Pay as well) as incorrect addresses may delay your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (during big sales or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery delays from the carrier can occasionally occur.
Lujan Family Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If an item is lost or stolen, please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check it's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lujanfamilycreations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
